ethics and efforts

This conference paper was presented by me at the IEA2021 – an amazing online congress of human factors and ergonomics researchers all over the world working out how to design better products and more enjoyable work for all. So grateful to the social enterprise for supporting me to gather the data and present their efforts to make ethical work accessible to people with real disadvantages for employment.
